Meet Chris
I am a physical therapist and have been apart of the health and wellness industry for a decade. Having worked along side professional sports, collegiate and high. school programs I bring an array of knowledge and education to the industry. However, my joy and passion come from empowering the average Joe or Jane to become their best version of themselves from the inside and out.
I enjoy the outdoors for fun so you can see me out on the water.
Meet Alissa
I'm a biochemist turned holistic health practitioner with a passion for empowering others to take back control of their health. I believe your body is designed to heal itself, that symptoms are your body's attempt to communicate its needs with you, not a sign that your body is broke. My mission is to help you find transformational healing in a way that honors God's design! I have three wonderful kids and an annoyingly handsome husband, and I love spending time outside in nature, watching the bees and getting some sunshine on my skin.
